NaBloPoMo or Bust!

Obviously I have not written in 6 months, but it is quite okay with me. My best friend Kayla Anthony has been trying over and over again to get me to blog for the month of November, because it is National Blog Posting Month (this does not excite me). But, today is the day when I finally take her up on that offer! Each day comes with a prompt (which s very good for me!), and today's prompt is:

Describe the plot of the next book you want to read, even if the book doesn't exist yet.


Well, actually there is one book that I have been trying to read since summer. It's a little known book called Lord of the Flies. That's right. One of the most widely referenced books, besides Wuthering Heights and Catcher in the Rye. The only problem is that this book is extremely over my head, and well, slightly boring. I've tried several times to read this book over the past 5 months, but I just cannot do it. Someone please help me out or at least send me some Cliff's Notes so I can pretend like I have read it :)

Hey guys! If anyone actually stumbles across this blog welcome! My name is Ashley and I will be a college graduate in 3 days! I am from a very small town, and I have no idea where life is taking me. This is my very first blog, so I am not really sure how to become an awesome blogger, or even what to so.
